Shea is co-owner of A Gilded Life, where she focuses her attention on hosting exquisite art events and retreats. There are major plans in the works for a new girls line, “What Stella Wore” to be released early fall. Shea is a dedicated Vista Verde Parent who has endless energy and creativity, even though she has a extremely busy schedule running several businesses. As chair and co-chair of our fundraising events. She has been instrumental in it’s success.
Gail Antonio, Treasurer

Gail is a California and Nevada licensed CPA. She was formerly a Tax Manager at a Big 4 Accounting Firm with experience including Casino and Gaming, Hospitality, and Private Wealth. She has served Fortune 500 clients as well as high net worth individuals and their business ventures.
Gail and her husband, Alfred, have 3 children at Vista Verde, Adrian in 6th grade and Amie & Aidan are in 4th grade. This is their 4th year in California and Vista Verde and they are loving it!
Mike Carroll, First Past President

Michael C. Carroll is managing partner of CorpGen Counsel, a specialty corporate law practice in the areas of securities, M&A, private equity, real estate, and general corporate transactions. Previously, Mr. Carroll practiced law with the Am Law 50 law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP in New York. He is the author of LAB 257, a New York Times bestselling non-fiction book published by HarperCollins and optioned for film by Sony Pictures. He is a member of the Authors Guild and a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award for his pro-bono representation of The Orange County Rescue Mission, and of the Scales of Justice Award from New York City’s largest provider of pro bono legal services. Mr. Carroll’s local community experience includes the board of directors of OneOC, ChildAid, The Pacific Club, the Orange County Press Club, and the Hurtt Free Medical Clinic, and he is the former Chairman of the City of Irvine Parks and Recreation Commission.
Sidney Wu, Member

Sidney has a BA from the University of California, Irvine and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He was an operations consultant with PRTM prior to becoming a full-time private investor. He and his wife Annie have two sons Nathan in 7th grade and Evan who is currently in 5th grade.
Sidney has been an active member of the Vista Verde Foundation since 2013 in his roles as Event Chair of Pars For Stars and the 1st Cards for Stars. He joined the Foundation Board in 2014. Sidney has coached his boys in AYSO and Slammers/USA Junior Soccer and is the current President of the Irvine Swim League’s South Irvine Dolphins.
John Vukmanovic, Member
6th and 5th grade parent
John is the proud parent of two Vista Verde students, Michael and Natalya, who keep him occupied with homework, ice hockey, rhythmic gymnastics, baseball and chess, to name only a few. John has served on VVF’s board since 2015 and is honored to be a part of VVF’s mission and success. John is a business litigation attorney and partner of Delman Vukmanovic LLP in Irvine.
Courtney Few, Member

Courtney received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from USC, however, currently she is enjoying being a full time mom. Courtney and her husband John, have 2 children at Vista Verde, Jackson in 4th grade and Beckham who is currently in 2nd grade.
Courtney joined the Vista Verde Foundation last year and has helped Chair both Cards For Stars and Pars for Stars in 2015/16.
Jerry Carter, Member

Jerry is a Senior Corporate Sales Director for Medtronic in the Cardiovascular Group, responsible for negotiating contracts with the California integrated hospital networks including Kaiser Permanente, Dignity Health, and the University of CA System. He was born and raised in Las Vegas and his family settled there in the 1920’s. He has a twin brother named Tom, so he obviously grew up in a family with a good sense of humor. He has been involved in the Medical Device industry for 30 years, beginning as a stent sales representative in Phoenix, AZ. He holds a B.S. in Finance from UNLV and an MBA from Arizona State University.
He and his wife Tumy have 2 boys at Vista Verde, Carson (5th grade) and Casey (4th grade).
